Whitehorse Council’s draft budget for 2018/19 has minimal funding for Cycle facilities with fifth lowest investment in the last 12 budgets. There is no funding for any new separated shared paths. We have lodged a submission urging Council to allocate an extra $200,000 for shared paths.
